Ice Baths (Full Set-Up): Currently, we only offer pickup for Full Ice Bath Set-ups from our location at Cockburn Central, WA.

Ice Baths (Delivery): We offer free Perth metro delivery for Ice Baths only. Delivery is available within the Perth metropolitan area.

Parts and Accessories: All parts and accessories are subject to a flat shipping rate of $10.95.

Shipping Carrier: Parts and accessories are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on the destination state.

Faulty Products: We accept returns of faulty parts and accessories within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at chillycheeksice@gmail.com for assistance.

Wrong Item Ordered: If you have ordered the wrong part or accessory, we are happy to accept a return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Store Credit or Refund: Once the returned item is received, we will either issue a store credit or refund depending on the circumstances.

Warranty: All Ice Baths and associated parts come with a 1-year warranty. If your item is found to be defective within 1 year of purchase, please contact us for further assistance.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our Ice Baths, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, changes to orders, or refunds for Ice Bath purchases once the order has been placed. Please ensure you have carefully reviewed your order before completing your purchase.
