Hi, We're Chilly Cheeks!

Welcome to Chilly Cheeks, where high-quality ice baths are crafted with care and expertise. We’re Phil and Rob – two mates with a passion for sport, recovery, and helping others experience the incredible benefits of cold water therapy.

We first got into ice baths to recover from the aches, pains, and injuries that come with an active lifestyle. As sports enthusiasts, we quickly realised that cold water immersion not only helped with recovery but also improved our overall wellbeing, mental clarity, and resilience.

Chilly cheeks is top notch

I’ve been using a Chilly Cheeks ice bath for a while now, and I’m seriously impressed. The build quality is excellent—sturdy, well-insulated, and easy to use. It’s perfect for recovery after a tough session or when you just need to reset.

What really stands out is the service, Rob and Phil clearly know their stuff and genuinely care about their customers.

I’d 100% recommend Chilly Cheeks. Great product, great service

Recovery Sessions

Have had my ice bath for about 9 months now and love it. I use it 3/4 times a week after training and a hard day of work. Would recommend for sure if you’re in the market. Also great guys to deal with.
